Zach Bachiri is an interaction designer on a mission to create social change through design and technology.

A bit about me…

I'm an interaction designer with experience in product design, social innovation, and engineering. I am currently pursuing an M.Des. in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University and most recently interned at IDEO as an interaction designer. I graduated from Northeastern University in 2016 with a B.S. in Computer Science & Interactive Media. During my time at Northeastern I explored several areas of interests. Within Scout, Northeastern's student-run design studio, I founded a social innovation initiative that uses design thinking to tackle social issues in Boston. I also completed software development co-ops at Charles River Development and Placester. After graduating I was a design intern at SMAKK Studios in New York City, an experience design apprentice at Intrepid Pursuits in Cambridge, and a design intern at SYPartners on their Products Team.

In my spare time I do some other things, like take photos and play music.
